Designation: Head of Internal Audit
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Work experience: A Chartered Accountant from big 4 firms with at least 7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience of audit, compliance, finance, tax, and regulatory matters
Industry: Experience in retail, leasing/microfinance and manufacturing sectors will be preferred
Job Location: Lahore but willing to travel across the branch network as per need

Core responsibilities will be:

1. Lead internal audit division and develop an audit strategy
2. Provide assurance, risk assessment, and analysis
3. Business process reviews and recommendations
4. Actively engage in ERP design and implementation
5. Identification of internal control gaps and suggesting improvements accordingly
6. Execution of audits as per the approved audit plan
7. Conducting field and stock audits and reporting to the management
8. Follow up with relevant departments on outstanding audit observations
