Hiring Manager (Karachi)

The reputed company US based company required Suitable candidate.

Position title: Hiring Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are quickly integrated into the organization.

Create and execute talent development initiatives, including training and mentoring programs.

Partner with department heads to identify and address staffing needs and skills gaps.

Manage performance evaluation processes and support employee career growth.

Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and training providers.

Other Requirements:

HR head hunter experience is required compulsory.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

More than 3 years of experience, with a focus on Recruitment and organizational development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Shahrah E Faisal Karachi. (On site).

Salary: Rs90,000.00 – Rs130,000.00 per month

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

Recruitment: 4 years (Preferred)

Shift timing: 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm or 11:00 Am to 08:00 pm.

Work Days Monday to Friday
Saturday alternate and Sunday off
