Why people unsuccessful in the interview when HR Department takes interview to the job seekers and why they reject to the candidates?

First Impressions bad:

One day / two days before the Company XYZ PVT LTD contacts to the job seekers and gives timings and interview location, company name, etc.  For example,

if interview timings are 10 am to 11 am in the morning. The candidates are coming at 1 pm or 2 pm. It counts first impressions bad.

Mismatch of Skills and Communication:

For example, the ABC PVT LTD company needs an Accounts Manager, and the job seekers mention the job responsibilities when the company takes a test on the candidate they don’t know any ideas about accounts-related matters/accounting software, etc.

Salary Expectation:

When a company needs a fresh Graduate for an Accounts position the job seekers demand a very high salary demand 60k to 70k.

Attitude Behaviors: 

The job seekers come for an interview they can’t wait for an interview or some job seekers’ attitudes are not good.

Mismatch experience: 

Every company needs candidates if the company needs a Senior Manager HR and the job seekers send CVS to the companies that mismatch experience they have a Quality Assurance experience. The HR Department rejects their CV this is a common reason.

Professional dressing: 

The job seekers come for an interview they wear Shalwar Kameez, Jeans pants / T-shirt this is not a professional dressing. Need to wear Paint Shirt and tie

Candidate residents Location mismatch:

Job seekers come long distances to their resident’s homes for an interview. Company requires candidates who live in nearby areas. The company rejects the job seekers.

CV Pattern:

Every company requires a professional CV from job seekers when they come for an interview they attach photos of their own their CVs for t-shirts background / old CV versions they rejected by the candidates.
