POSITION AT SINDH BANK LIMITED: UNIT HEAD – EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION.

Qualification:

Minimum Graduate. Preferably MBA / M.Com. / M.A. Economics / LLB

Fluent in spoken and written English

Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Power Point

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 8 years relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with banking background.

Skills required / Job description:

1. Dealing with disciplinary cases
2. Attending Court Hearings
3. Drafting disciplinary proposals, Memos, Warnings, etc.
4. Any other task assigned by the authorities.

Grade may be offered: AVP / VP

Joining Time:     1 month

Age:       Maximum 50 years
