We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can contribute to our agency’s success by providing exceptional ticketing services to our valued customers. Preferably, candidates with Umrah and World tour expertise will be given priority consideration.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize GDS systems such as Galileo and Amadeus to efficiently book flights, manage itineraries, and handle ticketing processes.

– Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their travel plans, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and travel insurance.

– Demonstrate expert knowledge in organizing Umrah trips and arranging comprehensive world tours, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for our clients.

– Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and travel partners to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

– Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

– Education :Minimum Metric

– Experience in the travel industry, specifically in ticketing and reservations.

– Proficiency in using GDS systems such as Galileo and Amadeus.

– Expertise in organizing Umrah trips and arranging world tours is highly preferred.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to work under pressure.

– Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
