Job Description:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using a prepared sales script.
Introduce company products/services, explain benefits, and handle customer questions or objections.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1โ€“2 years in telesales or call center
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling client objections
Target-driven and result-oriented
Proficiency in Urdu and basic English
Salary: Market competitive (based on experience)
Incentives: Bonus + Commission
