Wavetec is on the lookout for a Supply Chain professional in their Supply Chain Department for its Karachi office.

·      Planning, forecasting inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process, and analyzing performance
·      Manage the costs involved while maintaining quality and lead time
·      Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
·      Manage warehousing, handling, and distribution
·      Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates, and keeping Freight expenses within the budget.
·      Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
·      Supervising logistics/transportation.
·      Regular meetings with the salespeople and vendors.
·      Responding to any issues or complaints.
·      Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
·      Establishing Bank contracts/LCs
·      Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.
·      Manage and motivate his team (Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements).
·      Must have handled monthly production/procurements/supply chain management of USD 1
·      million inbound and 1 million outbound shipments/month
·      Plan production/inventory based on sales forecasting from the regional managers, should regularly gather data and deliver within committed time.
