HUM Network is looking for candidates to fill the following vacancy.

Job Title: Sr. HR Generalist Salary: PKR 90,000-110,000 Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers (it can be Line Managers or HODs). Posting job advertisements on all available platforms,

screening resumes, and ensuring a smooth

onboarding process Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, facilitating necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Also, managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews and

necessary documentation. Compensation and Benefits Administration:

Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, such as salary administration, PF plans, health insurance, Life insurance, and other employee perks. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Relations:Acting as a point of contact for

employees, addressing their queries, and providing guidance on HR-related matters. Resolving employee concerns and conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

Performance Management: Assisting in performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting performance

evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.

HR Data Management Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in electronic and paper form. Compiling and analyzing HR data to generate useful metrics and reports for management decision-making.

Employee Engagement and Well-being: Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Organizing employee events, recognition programs, and promoting work-life


Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Keeping abreast of changes in employment legislation.
