We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and onboarding new employees
* Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
* Overseeing payroll and benefits administration
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
* Implementing HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HEC-recognized degree
* 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
