The reputed chemical company is looking for Senior Accountant (un-employed will be preferred)

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of proper books of accounts as well as preparation of all types of vouchers.
• Petty cash management.
• Tracking company’s expenses.
• Generating customer invoices timely and keep track of them
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain records of business costs.
• Check invoices for inaccuracies.
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
• Complying with all company, local and international accounting and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers, directors, investors, and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparation of necessary details for filing of Income Tax / Advance tax / Withholding tax / Sales tax  returns/statements.
• Proper knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws.
• Computing taxes.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Liaison with banks, handling all banking matters and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities.
• Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary.

Accountant Requirements:

• Qualification ACCA, MBA, ICMA, BBA
• More education or experience may be preferred.
• Proficient in relevant computer software like Quickbooks, Sage, Microsoft Office, Etc.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Ethical behaviour.
• Attention to detail.
