Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborates with subject matter experts (outside of the team) architects, product managers, business, and other stakeholders to understand, track, document, elaborate, consolidate and communicate requirements.
· Works with artifacts, naming for documentation, follow the department leads(For example Managed Services), all requirements to be fulfil with the support of Managed Services Lead/Director.
· Schedule and facilitate kickoff, status, SME/Customer requirements, risk reviews, retrospectives, and other meetings, as required.
· Create and maintain all generic project artifacts including charter, tasks, discussion forums, schedule, RAID, stakeholder list, meeting presentations, minutes of meetings and more.
· Creates, maintains, elaborates and shares, that is governs, detailed project and resource allocation.
· Facilitates resolution of possible conflicts in resource allocation.
· Maintain effective communications between all stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations in relation to project schedule and outcome.
· Negotiate and manage project scope, collects, consolidates and assess resulting change requests.
· Manages and updates project progress using provided project management tool and/or environment.
· Maintain project dashboard and weekly team status deck.
· Effectively evaluate risk, work with project team to provide mitigation strategies.
· Design, build, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable java code and applications.
· Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
· Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
· Analyze user requirements to inform application design and define application objectives and functionality.
· Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
· Produce detailed design documentation and maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
