– Plan, manage and oversee production process.
– Design and implement cost – reductive changes.
– Work towards the improvement of production process.
– Maximize the productivity of workers and machinery.
– Assess and analyze current production methods.
– Responsible for efficient utilization of equipment.
– Strictly follow product specifications & quality control measures.
– Train, supervise and manage production line workers.
– Ensure an adequate staffing on production line.
– Ensure efficient running of production processes.
-Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
