Position title: Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager Alternative Assets to join our successful financial services firm. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our range of alternative asset products. You will work closely with internal teams, including research, marketing, and operations, to ensure the success of these offerings. Responsibilities

• Research and identify opportunities within the alternative assets market
• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for alternative asset products including defining market segmentation, target customers, and value proposition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of alternative asset products
• Conduct market analysis, financial modelling and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Define product requirements and work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Monitor the performance of alternative asset products and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Work closely with the sales team to provide product expertise and support for client engagements
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including asset managers and business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. CA, ACCA or part CA may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of alternative asset classes, including private equity, livestock, farming, real estate, infrastructure
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in relation to alternative asset products
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing alternative asset products
