Jobsfind.pk is looking for a suitable candidate for position: operation officer.

JD’s of Operation Officer:
 Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of it.
 MF corporate action process like dividend payout /dividend reinvestment issue to clients
by coordinating with AMC.
 Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations, transaction processing, effective
allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.
 Coordination with AMC, to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution.
 Handling various day to day transaction activities.
 Processing of Applications for new entities by uploading in software.
 Handling transactions, software installation, reimbursements and reconciliation.
 Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
Skills Requirement:
 Proven experience as Operation Officer or similar role in investment banking
 knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Proficient in English
 Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
 Persistent and results-oriented
 Minimum Graduation
