Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, MC Administration, you will be responsible for:

  • ensuring the timely opening and closing of all venues under MC Administration
  • serving tea in the meetings in Dean’s Office and beyond
  • preparing and serving tea to senior management seating in Dean’s Office
  • keeping the pantry neat, clean and presentable while ensuring required availability stock in pantry, and maintain inventory
  • ensuring routine rounds of Medical College vicinity and report to supervisor for any maintenance and repairing needs
  • providing logistics support, handling and distribution of refreshment/meals etc.
  • serving and providing assistance in any other function held in the Medical College
  • providing support to Conference Secretariat in any events required
  • performaing any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

You should have:

  • matriculation preferably
  • at least one year experience
  • physical fitness to perform the required tasks
  • quick learner with presentable appearance
  • respectful attitude towards superiors and colleagues
  • ability to follow simple instructions pertaining to work responsibilities
  • basic knowledge of computer and IT gadgets is an additional advantage.
