Position title: Manager Sales and Operations.

Job Description – Manager sales and operations
1) Implement operational and sales instructions given by partners for each individual
retail/online brand, offices and outlets.
2) Coordination with sales personnel and stitching staff at each retail outlet/workshop
regarding the following:
i) Handling and resolving all issues arising at the outlets or workshops related to
customers, staff (including sales personnel), sales, operations, stock, materials or any
other issue related to the inside or outside of the outlet or workshop itself.
ii) Ensuring all stitching related material is available at all times for the cutting and
stitching departments. Purchase of material on the request of the staff will be done by
following procurement SOPs and getting partner’s approval for purchase and release of
funds via the finance department. (Note: Manager sales & operations will be held
responsible for any excess or unnecessary purchase or unexplainable overuse of
materials).
iii) Ensure all stock displayed at retail outlets and online stores is up to date and the
variety is complete. Timely inform the partner if any fabric or item’s quantity is low and
needs to be replenished. (Note: Keeping a close eye on the stock and ensuring that
items are not stolen is the responsibility of the manager sales & operations).
iv) Making of the weekly wage sheet of each individual worker according to their weekly
work, getting it approved by the partner via finance and paying the workers accordingly
after funds for the same are released by finance (after partner’s approval).
v) Keeping track of and collection of cash from sales at each outlet and handing over the
cash to finance or depositing in bank account on the instructions of the finance
department. Also timely inform finance about any customer payments received directly in
a bank or jazz cash account.
3) Visit each retail outlet on a daily basis to keep track of and receive updates from sales
personnel regarding daily sales and operations of each respective outlet.
4) Ensure all deliveries or cash on deliveries (through rider/courier/bykea etc) for all brands
are done on a timely basis for all orders received on website or online through any other
platform.
5) Ensure professionalism and punctuality in work and avoid negative or inappropriate
behavior with all employees/workers/staff as well as with partners. Also avoid
uninformed and unapproved leaves as this would tantamount to unprofessional behavior
and will not be tolerated
