Role and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the TA team in sourcing top talent through various channels.
· Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates.
· Learn effective interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitability.
· Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
· Support coordination of recruitment events and campus hiring.
· Engage in employee referral program development.
· Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
· Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
· Familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
