Position Title: IT Support Engineer

Requirements:

1-Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
2-Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
3-Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
4-Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.
5-Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
6-Good time management skills.
7-Good interpersonal skills.
8-Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
9-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10-Ability to think critically.
