Haier is looking for a HR Generalist who can Serve as a liaison between Haier Pakistan and the candidate pool and ultimately our employees – must present company business actions and values with professionalism
-Manages Recruiting strategies and implementation, conducting onboarding and orientation; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Contact, qualify and convert applicants and potential applicants for the company.
Manage communications with applicants throughout the process, scheduling the process for orientation, and finally, serve as a point of contact for employees after hire and operate as a source of ongoing support
Works closely with all Product Managers and department Leads to identify talent needs for present, future and continual ramp-ups as needed.
