Requirements:
· Master’s or BBA degree with a specialization in HR.
· 3-5 years of professional HR experience.
· Minimum 3 years of experience with Payroll, Attendance Management, EOBI and social security.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage HR operations.
· Ensure compliance with EOBI and social security regulations.
· Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
· Implement HR policies and procedures.
