Job Title: HR-Executive (Flow HCM)
Job Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Job Shift Timings: 10:00 PM-06:00 PM
Working Days: Mon-Sat
Salary for experienced candidates: 60K

We are seeking a creative and experienced HR professional to join our team. The HR Executive will oversee a wide range of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a desire to foster a healthy work environment

*Facilitating new hire onboarding, which includes orientation sessions and the completion of essential documentation.
*Ensuring a smooth offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
*Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
*Serving as a point of contact for employee issues, concerns, and complaints.
*Helping to create and implement performance management systems and processes.
*Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
*Calculate bonuses and allowances
*Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
*Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
*Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
*Report on payroll expenses
*Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
*Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
*Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer,or similar role
Hands-on experience with Flow HCM and accounting software
Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Good communication skills
BSc in Accounting, Human Resources, or a relevant field
