Bank of Punjab is looking for HR Business Partner (Karachi)
Responsibilities: To provide steady HR services while bridging the gap between Business & HR services while ensuring minimized Turnaround Times as per Bank’s Policies and procedures. Serve as point of contact for employee queries on HR policies &/or procedures. Maintaining a professional, timely and high-end service until each process/query is fully resolved. Contribute to and support the delivery of HR strategy in the line of Business Objectives. Helping the larger HR team with HR-related tasks; and perform duties that are connected in some way to staffing, record-keeping, and employee benefits.
Qualities: Highly motivated, result-oriented individuals with a proven track record and leadership skills. Well-versed with applicable banking regulations, labor laws & practices.
Grade: VP to SVP
The Incumbent must have 10 Years of Experience (3 Years on similar role) along with 16 Years of education.
