Health Advice and Information Officers (Karachi)

Aman Health Care Services is looking for Health Advice and Information Officers for our Telemedicine Call Center in Karachi.

Qualification Criteria:

– 3 years Diploma in the General Nursing (Specialization in any nursing field will also prove to be beneficial) OR Bachelor In Pharmacy

– Minimum 1 year clinical working experience related to the Hospital/Clinical practice

– Call Center experience will be added benefit.

– Age group between 20 and 30 are encouraged

– Gender: Male and Female both required

-Language: English and Urdu. Sindhi will be added advantage.

Key Attributes needed:

– Flexible to work in shifts to support 24×7 operations

– Ability to tackle medical concerns and work calmly under pressure

– Proficient at following international medical treatment protocols

– Keen on documentation of process and treatment

Compensation is PKR 35,000/- in an all-inclusive package.
