A leading plastic Recycling Plant is Looking for the position of “General Manager Plant Operation”. An ideal candidate should have proven experience as the General Manager role.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation or Above
Experience: 15+ years in plastic Industry
Location: Kotri, Sindh

Job Description:
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Look after vendor management, assets management, maintenance & up keeping, rent agreements, Utility Bills payments, Boarding/Lodging arrangements, petty cash handling, furniture and fixture arrangements.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping and security controls in all locations.
• Coordination with business units for service between Head Office and Factory Site.
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
