Hiring for Finance Officer for National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP)
Role and Responsibilities:
Finance Officer Finance Division is responsible to assisting Director Finance (Corporate Affairs) in all financial matters, major duties and responsibilities are appended below: –
1- Responsible for maintaining financial records.
2- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
3- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable.
4- Sending bills and invoices to clients.
5- Prepare vouchers and cheques for the release of funds and procure logistics as approved.
6- Ensure strict compliance to tax laws and PPRA rules while maintaining transparency in all purchases.
7- File payment vouchers and receipts and keep soft copies of all payments and receipts using Excel and other accounting software.
8- Managing the online banking portal at Park Level.
9- Payroll management and disbursement of salaries and other expenditures using Banking portal of Park Level Employees.
10- Responsible for inventory management/ accounting, preparation of cash plans, balance sheets and equipment ledgers.
11- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets of the employees
12- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
13- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
14- Report on payroll expenses
15- Ensure EOBI wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
16- Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
Any other official duties and roles assigned by the superior.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Minimum Bachelors in Finance or equivalent degree in Finance
Previous Experience
1-2 years in the relevant field
