Position: Director Sales – South
Department: Enterprise & Carrier Sales
Location: Karachi (covering entire South Region)
Reporting to: CEO
Industry: ICT, Connectivity, Data Solutions, Managed Services

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the South region aligned with the company’s national growth objectives.
Drive revenue growth across ICT, connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services portfolios.
Identify new market opportunities, enterprise segments, and verticals for expansion.
Build a strong pipeline through strategic account planning and partner collaboration.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team, including enterprise managers, account executives, and corporate sales staff.
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure productivity through structured sales governance.
Organise regular training sessions to deepen product and technical capability within the team.

Enterprise Sales & Key Account Management
Own relationships with major enterprise, multinational, BFSI, industrial, retail, and public-sector clients in the South.
Lead large and complex deal negotiations, RFP responses, and solution positioning.
Collaborate with pre-sales, network, and technical teams to design customer-centric solutions.

Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
Manage relationships with OEM partners such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Kaspersky, Checkmarx, and others.
Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with technology partners and distributors.
Engage with government bodies, regulators, and telecom ecosystem stakeholders where required.

Operational & Financial Accountability
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and gross margin targets.
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene.
Drive collections, credit discipline, and sales profitability.

Customer Experience & Retention
Ensure excellence in service delivery by working closely with the Network Operations, Customer Support, and Managed Services teams.
Improve retention and grow revenue per account through upselling and cross-selling.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.

10+ years of proven enterprise sales leadership experience in ICT, telecom, data connectivity, or managed services.
Strong relationships across corporate, SME, and public sector clients in the South.

Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and meeting multimillion-rupee revenue targets.

Deep understanding of fibre and wireless connectivity, SD-WAN, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
