Experience: 1 to 2 years
•Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
•Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
•Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•Excellent Command Over English
•Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
•Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
