We at Gaditek are looking for Customer Success Executives
Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
● Take care of customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions as soon as possible.
● Make every effort to persuade the customer to reconsider the cancellation of their order.
● Assess customer risk and proactively avoid dissatisfaction or lost business and ultimately drive customer retention.
● Manage the retention and renewal of accounts in order to maintain a revenue base.
● Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other technical teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
