Answering calls by engaging in a friendly and polite telephonic conversation with the customer
To ensure and deliver highest level of call quality by meeting all the set KPIs
To speak in an accent that is fully understood and appreciated by the customer
To know your customer completely and understand his/her language/accent to provide the best possible support in a satisfactory manner.
To converse in an error free English language in terms of grammar, comprehension, sentence construction and vocabulary.
To have an extensive understanding of FAQs to ensure smooth and correct delivery of information to the customer
To have adequate product knowledge for onward transmission to the customers to achieve maximum customer satisfaction along with sales target.
To meet all the other quality benchmarks established based on customer’s feedback and survey.
Work closely with CS management as well as with internal customers to stay up to date regarding new call handling techniques or product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all Company’s policies, procedures and practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
Excellent Communication Skills with Native American or at least Neutral accent
Experienced candidates will be given preference
Preferably, should have good knowledge of US culture and geography. Foreign exposure will be a plus
Metric/A-Level / Intermediate or above
