Position title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Extract data and initiate sales with potential customers over the phone.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, trade conferences, emails, and other outreach programs.
Ask relevant questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Gather and document customer information and reactions.
Responding customers in all modes (calls, live chats, emails, WhatsApp).
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives
Respond to requests for quotations that are received from new and existing customers in a timely and professional manner and to maintain agreed sales pipeline levels.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information accurately.
Develop and maintain both new and existing client relationship.
Keeping up to date with industry development and trends.
Meeting sales quotas.
Core Competencies & Skills Required:
Intermediate or higher.
At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Telesales / Telemarketing.
Has strong knowledge about the local market, competitor and industry trends.
Strong background and understanding in customer service principles.
Ability to engage customers in conversation.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Proficient in English & Urdu along with MS Word & Excel.
Excellent communication and business development skills.
Patience, persuasive, persistent and creative thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Employment: Full time
Age: 30 years max.
Salary: 30k – 40k
Location: NASTP Silicon (Main Shahrah e Faisal)
Transportation: Rs. 5,000/- per month
