Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

– Customer-Centric approach while facilitating customers, to deliver a WOW factor
– Deliver a class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives and under the core values of our organization
– Being able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, written medium clearly and concisely while also responding with the correct answers in limited interruption
– Work towards achieving first contact resolution
– Efficient multitasking skill with β€œProblem-solving” and β€œCan-Do” attitude
– Ensure all customers are catered with exceptional Customer Experience

Requirements:

– Minimum Bachelors in Business / Marketing related field
– Must have at least 1-2 years of Customer Services experience
– Excellent verbal and communication
– A focused individual and a team player
– Experience in Ecommerce Customer Services will be a plus
