Customer Service officer (Karachi)

Position title: Customer Service officer.

Requirements:

a. Communicate with clients via emails/chats and calls.

b. Responding to customers with complaints and queries.

c. Give customers information about products and services.

d. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

e. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

f. Resolve customer complaints via email or call

Experience 1-2 years customer service

Qualification at-least intermediate / O levels

Job location Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi.

Age: 25 between 35 years.
