Required Customer Relations Manager

This position will be responsible to prepare and implement strategies pertaining to Customer Service. Provide information to the customers regarding company’s product and services. Investigate and resolve customer problems. Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use improve customer service procedures and standards for the company. Meeting with Branch Managers and Customer Relations Officers to discuss possible improvement in customer services. Provide continuous guidance to Customer Relations Officers. Develop tools to assess the performance of Customer Relations Officers
