Community Management Executive
Position is based at City Office, Karachi.
The Job:
A person will be responsible to set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies; Liaise with Customer Service department for customer queries on social media; Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner; Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
The Requirements:
A Bachelor / Master’s degree with majors in Marketing / Communications. Must have excellent written communications skills, excellent customer query handling and Good knowledge of all social media platforms.
