One of the leading kids retail brands Bachaa Party is looking for a candidate for the position of Business Reporting Manager for its Head Office located in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
– Requirement gathering & conflicts resolution to convert business process to KPI.
– Designing and developing operational and executive-level reports and dashboards.
– Interpret data, analyze results, identify action points and coordinate with concerned stakeholders.
– Plan, negotiate and assign sales targets and follow-up on it.
– Work with management to prioritize business needs and information needs.
– Reporting and Analyzing eCommerce Business as Digital Performance.
– Manage a need of reporting individuals and ensure smooth and timely processing.
Requirements:
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems
– Intermediate level understanding and expertise of Power BI and MIS
– Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
– BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
