Position: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

Experience: 3 to 5 years of working in FMCG on similar role.

Qualification: ACCA / ACMA (Part qualified) or equivalent

Location: SITE, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:
– Maintenance of accounting books/software
– recording and processing of daily financial transaction including payments. – Liaison and provide desired financial information to all stakeholders.
– Preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast.
– Assistance in tax section for compliance.
– Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principle.
– Identify system gaps and develop internal controls.
– Perform Books closure (Monthly and annually) and period reconciliations for banks, customers, vendors, fixed assets, taxes and advances.
– Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis on financial performance.
