Design basic concepts, zoning and plans

• Develop detailed architectural layouts and interior

• Can use Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for graphical representations.

• Guide draftsman to complete AutoCAD drawings

• Must possess 3D visualization skills: Enscape, Lumion, AutoCAD, Sketchup

• Revit is a plus (optional) Key Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions

• Assisting lead architect with initial project research and outlining project schedules and tasks.

• Is able to Brainstorm project ideas and concepts

• Is capable of completing design drawings in AutoCAD, and assist in reviewing project proposals

• Good with PowerPoint presentation to develop proposals for clients.
