A reputable pharmaceutical company Macter International Limited urgently hiring for the following position.

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: SITE, Karachi

Qualification: MBA Finance or ACCA / ACMA (Part qualified)

Experience: Minimum 03 years of working preferably in pharmaceutical industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Processing of payments to suppliers for goods, services & staff salaries, full & final settlements etc.
– Settlement of advance payments.
– Preparation of monthly reports including creditors ageing, ageing for advance to suppliers, advances for CAPEX and creditors analysis.
– Correspondence with suppliers for their queries regarding payments and withholding of taxes and other details.
– Maintenance of PF books, preparation of payment vouchers, reconciliation of PF balances, loans and advances etc.
