Position: Accountant – Project Management

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-Record daily financial transactions in the general ledger, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
-Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.
– Reconcile bank statements with the company’s records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
– Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of senior accountants.
– Assist in preparing and posting journal entries for various financial transactions.
– Monitor and record expenses to ensure they are within budgetary limits and comply with company policies.
– Assist in preparing documentation and providing information during internal and external audits.
-Purchase order preparation in SAP
-Payments follow up from accounts department
-Update Project Heads on agreements/contacts payments
Requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
– Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
