HBL Asset Management (a wholly-owned subsidiary of HBL Bank Ltd.) is in search of potential candidates for the position of “Manager Sales Support & Customer Care” in the Sales Support & Customer Care department for its Head Office based in Karachi.
The position is responsible for leading and managing Customer Care, Contact Center Teams & Service Quality functions for HBL AMC along with automation of customer care & contact center processes to ensure excellence in customer experience.
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor (Preferably Masters) from any reputed/ HEC recognized university
Minimum of 5-6 years of related experience in customer service within financial industry.
