-Area Sales Manager-Gold Finance

Requirements:
-Should be Graduate.(Master’s degree holders will be preferred)
-Minimum 07 years of banking experience for RSM position
-Minimum 04 years of banking experience for ASM position
-Sales & consumer banking experience will be preferred for both positions)
-Should have in-depth knowledge of sales techniques, Bank’s products including liabilities and consumer management products and processes.

Job Description – Regional Sales Manager-Gold Finance
-Responsible to hire effective resources in Gold Finance team of assigned region.
-Responsible for Gold Finance product trainings of GF RM, ASM & all branch sales staff on processes, procedure and ensure delivery as per assigned targets in compliance with policy and SOP guidelines.
-Provide full support to all branches to optimize the customer services quality
-Effective and well organized coordination with all cross functional departments to maintain harmony & vigorous relations with all cross functions and enforce proper professional culture.
-Provide assistance to senior management and product team in respect of policy and sales strategy decision.

Job Description -Are Sales Manager-Gold Finance
-Responsible to hire effective resources in the GF team for the assigned Area.
-Responsible for training of GF-RMs & branch staff on Gold Finance process and procedure and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
ensuring smooth processing as per SOP within TAT in coordination with branch and CAD Team.
-Effective and well organized coordination with all cross functional departments to maintain Harmony & vigorous relations with all cross Functions and enforce proper professional Culture.
