This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer/Officer for Job Placement & Industry Linkages-CRC at ICMA Pakistan’s Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campus placements, conducting career counseling, organizing training sessions, and improving industry linkages to enable students and alumni/ICMA members to secure employment.

• Campus Placement and Communication skills
• Experience in providing Career Counseling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Experience in the education industry and network with industry stakeholders will be an added advantage

Qualification & Requirements:

The incumbents should have MBA, MS, BBA & BS in HR & Marketing from an HEC-recognized University, along with post qualification of 2-3 Years of work experience in the same capacity. A pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in the English language and advanced computer skills with graphic designing skills is preferred.
