Sr. HR Executive
Job Description:
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs to determine selection criteria. Source potential candidates through different channels, and plan interviews for vacant positions. Design and deliver employee engagement activities with proper strategy. Monitor financial budgets for engagement activities. Design and conduct employee surveys.
Qualification & Experience:
· Qualification: BBA/MBA (Human Resource Management)
· Experience: 03-04 Years Minimum of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
· Must be confident and has the ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Team player and flexible to new challenges
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Well-groomed and presentable with excellent Time Management
· Experience in Recruitment and Employee Engagement will be preferred
