Sales Advisor for a Health & Safety Consultancy Setup
BLACK SWAN, a Training & Consultancy setup in the field of Health & Safety, is currently seeking an energetic and
motivated young sales advisor. As sales advisor, primarily you will be responsible for contacting potential clients,
lead generation, scheduling appointments, and deal closure to accelerate business volume
Responsibilities:
Reach out to a high volume of leads, aiming to contact potential clients on regular basis.
Engage with prospect clients through phone calls, emails, field visits, face to face meetings, etc.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs and interest in our services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition being offered by BLACK SWAN, schedule appointments with
potential clients and strive for lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update in the records accordingly.
Continuously update your knowledge about our services, target market we can expand, benchmark with
competitors and industry trends in training & consultancy business.
Report on sales performance on regular basis and develop strategy to boost sales by acquisition of new clients
and growing business from existing clients
Requirements:
Education in Sales & Marketing with good command on digital marketing
Minimum one year experience in a similar role, preferably in the training & consultancy business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Ability to dialogue with high volume of potential clients and maintain self-productivity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
Proficiency in computer to track leads, update information, schedule appointments, and carryout digital
marketing.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve or exceed goals.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude throughout the business processes.
Persistent and tenacious with excellent follow-up skills.
Immediate availability and willingness to commit to a full-time role.
