Education: Bachelors / Masters (Business Administration, HRM or Organization Development)
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience.
Salary Range: Market Competitive.
Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 6, Karachi

Roles and Responsibilities 
• Responsible for the complete recruitment process, from sourcing & attracting candidates to the offered placement.
• Responsible to arrange & conduct Career Fairs in top universities, visiting institutions & other domains for Talent Hunt.
• Responsible to manage and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Develop and maintain a monthly Recruitment Dashboard and summary to identify areas of improvement.
• Responsible for Employee’s Induction/Orientation/Exit interviews sessions and submit reports as and when required.
• Management of employee files, including all documentation contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
• Management of Job Descriptions with position effectively by determining duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Develop Employee Handbook and update the manual (Policies) in consultation with the Head of People & Culture.
• Plan, arrange and execute Employer/Employee branding activities within the company and maintain a LinkedIn page for better reach.
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities within the company i.e., birthdays, anniversaries, and various occasions during the year.
• Responsible for assisting the Head of People & Culture in manpower planning, compensation & Benefits, and performance management exercises.
• Responsible for maintaining Organizational charts and update accordingly for effective tracking.
• Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees in consultation with the Head of People & Culture.
• Responsible to conduct needs assessments and work with HOD’s in assigning key performance indicators/ objectives (KPI’s) to employees and following up on work results.
