Job Purpose:
To create financial reports, direct investments, and create plans and strategies for the long-term financial benefit of a business or organization. Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to analyze the organization’s short, medium, and long-term position, and provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Responsible for preparing financial forecasting, innovation / capital planning, financial feasibility and post investment reviews.
Data analyzed may include but is not limited to revenues, expenses, costs, prices, cash flow, profits, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership
Collect, compile, verify, analyze and interpret financial information so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
Develop critical KPI trackers to conduct monthly/quarterly and annual progress reviews and GAP analysis.
Provide recommendations to drive operational and strategic objectives of divisional growth targets and margin improvement.

Qualifications:
Education: CIMA (preferred) / MBA (Accounting/Finance/Economics)
Experience: At least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in FMCG / MNC
