Responsibilities
Analysis software issues and provide runtime support.
Liaison between software vendor and follow up for changes and issues bugs resolve status.
Assist and provide internal and external users software support and understanding issues.
Create testing scenarios and rectify issues.
Create and modify training documents for user guideline.
Maintain issues and bugs report with status wise.
Answer requests for software and hardware support throughout the company and its various branch locations.
Perform preventative maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors.
Troubleshoot software problems and find fixes for them. This work involves computers, phones and all digital systems connected to the network. In addition, system support specialists also test software programs for defects and bugs.
Install and upgrade new software and to existing networks. They also upgrade software packages.
Remove viruses, malware, and other damaging programs from software.
Train staff members to use various software programs.
EXPERIENCE: 2 to 3 years
