• Developing and Implementing Human Resources policies and processes.
• Support strategic objectives.
• Developing and implementing compensation & benefits plans.
• Managing employee relations (grievances, separations, terminations, dismissals).
• Managing HR Systems (ERP).
Minimum Qualification and Skill Requirements:
• Masters in HR
• Minimum 5 Years of HR Experience in Courier & Logistics Industry.
• Good IT and HR software knowledge.
• HR Certifications are an additional advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, Confident and Determined approach.
