Enterprise64ย is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐งย to join our team. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of HR operations and functions. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR team to assist in tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and more.
๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: 39-E1, Block 6, PECHS, Karachi
๐๐ฒ๐ฉ๐: Internship
๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: 3 Months
๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ:ย 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
Support the training and development efforts by coordinating workshops and training sessions.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong time-management skills.
๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ:
Gain practical experience in various HR functions.
