Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
